I know that this past summer we all got used to hearing about the GLBT Community in the local mainstream news, thanks to things like the banner controversy and the Boy Scout Rally, but since Sept 11 there has been evidence that the local mainstream media may no longer be willing to give us that kind of attention, whether because of a focus on the aftermath of the events of Sept 11, or because we are now seen as too controversial, or some other reason.

This makes it more important than ever that we support our local GLBT Media.
