Woody Guthrie Folk Festival Okemah, Oklahoma
Okemah is about 50 miles east of OKC on I-40. When
you get off the highway, you'll see a bunch of signs
that say where the festival stuff is. When it gets a
little closer, I'll let you know how to get downtown
to the Brick Street Cafe. That's an air conditioned
venue. I'm thinking that's a good place to be in
Oklahoma in July. Anyway, you'd have to work pretty
hard to get lost in Okemah, so just get some gasoline
and come on out.
