Okay, kids, I've got quite a flurry of activity here all of a sudden, all new all over the place, just the thing for your spring fever, cabin fever, hay fever, whatever it is that ails you.

Wednesday, March 20 Mary Reynolds Oklahoma Historical Society 10am Free
Kids show connected with the Woody Guthrie Smithsonian Exhibit. If you can't get over there on this day, BE SURE to get yourself over there to see the exhibit before it packs up. It's open and FREE Monday through Saturday through May 4. This is the same exhibit that the museum formerly known as the Cowboy Hall of Fame rejected a few years ago.

Thursday, March 21 Marca Cassity with Bitch and Animal
Blue Door 8pm $15 (?)
Marca says: "i am coming your way to do a show at the blue door with a really cute little duo called bitch and animal..hope you can make it..it's on march 21st..they have been touring with ani difranco..pretty hot stuff, and i will possibly be releasing my new live from the blue door cd.."

Thursday, March 21 My Fair Lady national touring cast The Copa 10pm
This is a benefit for RAIN. Come on over after Marca's gig at the Blue Door.

Sunday, March 24 Woody Guthrie Tribute Concert Blue Door 8pm

Tuesday, March 26 mary & weez Galileo 8pm Free
It's been a while. Come see why Galileo's is my favorite place to eat pizza and listen to the music.

Saturday, March 30 Peggy Johnson Church of the Open Arms
8-10pm $5
To benefit RAIN.
Coffee and snacks will be available, as well as the unveiling of the new RAIN t-shirts and greeting cards.

Sunday, April 28 Sisters of Swing Festival of the Arts 4pm

Saturday, May 18 Nancy Scott & Friends Herland Retreat
This is for women only. If you need registration information, please contact me and I'll get you hooked up. This one takes place at Roman Nose State Park, out by Watonga. The retreat runs from Friday evening through Sunday morning. The concert is Saturday evening, around 8pm. It's about an hour away. You can come out for the concert for a small fee.

Coming in June, The Therapy Sisters return to the Blue Door!

How to get there:
GALILEO BAR AND GRILL 3009 Paseo
The Paseo District is situated near NW 30th and Shartel. If you get yourself to that intersection, go east to Dewey and take a right.

The Blue Door 2801 N McKinley
>From Classen, go west on 27th or 28th. BYOB. Do not park in any lot belonging to the church. Do not park in the street in front of their property. Do not park in the vacant lot at 27th and McKinley, but you can park along 27th street.

Sisters 2120 NW 39th 521-9533
>From North Penn Ave, go west on 39th about half a block. It's on the south side of the street (the strip). Across the street from Angles, the Park, the Wreck Room.

Partners Close to May on NW 36th.
>From May avenue, east on 36th about 1 block. There's a big carpet store on the north side of the street, then there are two clubs. Partners is the east door.

VZD's 42nd and Western
It's just there, right there, on Western between NW 41st and NW 42nd.

Church of the Open Arms NEW location: NW 31st and Penn
Just south of the strip. Go south to 31st on Pennsylvania. There it is.

Oklahoma Historical Society about 22nd and Lincoln.
It's the big government issue building on the south east side of the capitol building.
