Mr. Inhofe,
During the administration of the last elected president of the 20th century, and possibly for the foreseeable future, you took great umbrage at President Clinton's legal use of the Constitutionally-granted power of recess appointments. The last elected president wanted to use this legal power because in your turn you used your power as a senator to place a hold on the appointment of James Hormel as ambassador to Luxembourg because you objected to the appointment of an openly gay man to this diplomatic post. Yet the appointed resident, Governor Bu$h, appointed an openly gay man as ambassador to Romania without a single peep from you.

Now that Governor Bu$h has used the legal power of the Constitution in his capacity as functionary for the Republican party to make a controversial recess appointment, I'm wondering what song you're singing now. Please see the e-link below.
