MISSION

"To educate and inform through the media of gay and lesbian films, music, theatre and art. We will provide an environment for gay and lesbian artists to express their talents and provide funding through grants and other means to promote gay and lesbian artists in Oklahoma."

GAY AND LESBIAN ARTS FESTIVAL OF OKLAHOMA is a non-profit corporation founded to promote awareness of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgendered Persons Community's contribution to Art in Oklahoma.

We do this by means of our Arts Festival, OUTART 99, which showcases the work of GLBT Artists in all media, including painting, sculpture, music, plays, and film.
